Hours of Operation

Breakfast: 8:00 - 11:00 AM daily
Lunch: 12:00 - 3:00 PM daily. Closed - Starting September 9th
Dinner: Bar opens 5:30 PM. Dinner service commences at 6:00 PM. Last seating is 9:00 PM (by reservation only)

    Niran Di Blasio, an executive chef with a wealth of experience in top European restaurants, has joined The Beacon with a goal to transform it into a world-class dining destination. Having worked in prestigious establishments from Milan to the South of France, Paris, and London, and alongside the only chef in the world with 21 Michelin stars, Chef Niran brings a creative and imaginative approach to dish composition, bursting with flavors and focused on visual presentation.

    Meet Chef Valerio, an Italian culinary maestro who embarked on his gastronomic adventure at the tender age of 14. Valerio's culinary philosophy revolves around the notion of embracing the essence of each location he graces. He understands the value of locally sourced ingredients, meticulously handpicking the freshest and highest quality produce.

    Nevada Clarke is a highly experienced and knowledgeable food and beverage manager with 15 years of experience in both casual and fine dining hospitality.
    He thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering top-quality service to all of our guests.
